This CGW 3" quick-change disc in 80 grit aluminum oxide is built for fine blending and finishing, making it the step that cleans up scratches left by coarser grits and gets surfaces ready for paint or coating.
The 80 grit (medium-fine) provides a smooth, controlled cut with light material removal—ideal for final weld blending, light deburring, and surface prep. The 2-ply construction adds durability while maintaining flexibility for both flat and contoured surfaces.
The roll-on (Type R) attachment system ensures fast, secure mounting to die grinders, and is designed for high-speed use up to around 20,000–25,000 RPM depending on application.
