BCI Supply Refund Policy

At BCI Supply, we take pride in providing top-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our return and refund policy below.


Return Authorization

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which can be obtained by contacting our customer service team.
To request a return, please email us at [email protected] or call 936-788-5411 (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST).
Please have your order number and reason for return or exchange ready when you contact us.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened and in its original packaging

  • The item must be new and unused

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items do not qualify for return:

  • Product not in its original packaging

  • Missing or incomplete kits

  • Opened chemical products (if the safety seal has been broken or removed)

  • Products outside the 30-day return window that do not have warranty coverage

  • Items purchased from our Clearance section — all sales from this section are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded


In-Store Pickup Orders

All pickup orders placed through our website must be picked up or cancelled within 7 days.
If a pickup is missed, returns may still be accepted within 14 days of the missed pickup date, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please contact customer service to arrange your return.


Restocking Fees and Shipping

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable, a refund will be issued for the product price minus shipping and restocking fees upon customer request.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (minus any applicable fees) will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 2–5 business days.


Damaged, Defective, or Frozen Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or frozen, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund based on the situation and product condition.


Freight Forwarding Notice

Please note that BCI Supply does not warranty or replace products that are damaged after being shipped via a freight forwarding service.
