Shipping Policy

Freight-Only Items

Certain products are classified as freight only due to size, weight, or special handling requirements. These items cannot ship via standard ground services.

• Freight-only items ship free when your order total is $1,500 or more

• Orders under $1,500 may request a freight quote (typically $150–$300)

• Please contact us for an exact freight estimate before checkout

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship only within the state of Texas

• Beginning May 1, 2026, we will expand shipping to all lower 48 states

Order Processing & Tracking

Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we’ve received your order and processed your payment.

Order Shipment
Once your order is fulfilled, your items are packaged and released to our carrier.

• Ground shipments are picked up daily (afternoon)

• Freight shipments typically pick up within 2 business days

• Tracking details are sent within 24 hours of shipment

• Most ground deliveries arrive within 1–3 business days

Freight Delivery Requirements

• Freight shipments must be delivered to a commercial business address

• Residential addresses are not accepted for freight

• A signature is required at delivery

• Deliveries occur Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

• If no one is present, the carrier will return the shipment to their terminal

• Redelivery must be scheduled and may result in additional carrier fees

• BCI Supply reserves the right to refuse delivery if redelivery charges are declined

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
